The origins of our company date back to 1999.
At that time, in a small family bakery in Ferrara, the brothers Federico and Matteo Soffritti decided to focus their efforts on the art of bread-making.
They have come a long way since then and today the company Solo Cose Buone has become a specialist in its sector, striving always to create new products to satisfy the consumer's every need.
